Mary and Tom
Hoping to Adopt
Eager to Share Our Love and Joy with a Child
Our Story
Hello, we are Tom and Mary, and we would be so excited to adopt and bring a child into our family! Thank you for taking the time to learn about us.
Tom and I met in college at the USI engineering center, located in our home city of Evansville, IN. We know we are very blessed to have found each other so soon in life and to help one another during our studies and time in college.
Tom graduated first and began his professional career in Jasper, IN as an automation engineer. After our wedding, I (Mary) moved to Jasper as well and began working as a quoting engineer at the same company.
After receiving the news that we could not naturally conceive biological children, we decided to move back to Evansville to be closer to family. Now, we both work in a local business owned by Mary’s family, with plans to be third generation owners. Tom will soon step into the role of service manager, and I (Mary) am working as a sales engineer. If a baby arrives, I will stay home as a full-time mother.
Our Catholic faith and family are our most important values in life. We are truly blessed with supportive and loving friends and family.
Meet Mary
I spent all my childhood in Evansville, and I have one older sister Julia who is my best friend.
My family has always been very close. As we grew up, together we enjoyed going to the movies, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
In middle school and high school, I loved being in musicals, and I still enjoy them today. I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a Mechanical Engineering Degree.
In my free time now, I love reading, planning vacations, making photo albums, playing the piano, garedening, cooking, and baking.
Meet Tom
I was born in Owensboro, Kentucky and my family moved to Evansville when I was in first grade, but I’ve always had a special love for my home state.
I have three brothers and two sisters.
We have always been very close. As we all grew up together we enjoyed lots of extended family gatherings, cookouts, and playing outside.
In middle school I loved playing baseball, but in high school I dedicated my time to early college classes and working. I graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with degrees in mechanical and electrical engineering.
In my free time now, I like to work on home improvement projects, 3D printing, and golfing.
